Nation By Nation (4Feb10)

27Jan-4Feb10 -- Beside deliberately targeting children for the gamut of the west beast's sordid crimes, here's another 15 reasons accrued just in the last 10 years bolstering the "west is THE disease" concept: Afghanistan, Kosovo, Palestine, Lebanon, Russia, Honduras, Iraq, Pakistan, Yemen, Panama, Eritrea, TCI, Somalia, Sudan, and Haiti. If this seems insane, that's cuz it is. West is mad on every level, in every aspect, in every trait. (Mouseover flags for info)

A F G H A N I S T A N Afghanistan - West admits to 44 troops zapped in Jan.
- West seems to be at odds with their "ally" Afghan guards. On 30Jan, west killed 4 Afghan troops and Afghan troops killed 2 USA troops.
- In west/Talib pact making, USA is offering governance posts to Talib and cash for ceasefire.
- As such, UK quickly unveils 1,5B GBP for "war". Yes, that'd be the west Talib payroll. Sideline: West is no stranger to dealing with "enemies". USA befriended Germs in 1945 and saved ~20K officers from the gallows in a mass repatriation op. Many of the erstwhile "enemies" of west readily joined the USA machine the second they doffed the skull and bones uniforms. For example, R Gehlen, Hitler's chief spy became the CIA founder and more fun USA=Hitler facts. Many were even decorated with USA honours like Braun or Hitler, for that matter, USA's 1938 "Man of The Year".
- USA troops raid another home executing 5 and a baby. NATO admitted the baby murder.
- Talib/west pact is being turned against Russia. BTW, This is no different than USA/Germ coalition of 1945 planning to go against Russia, as Mr Patton had revealed. Russia responds by mulling sending troops in. Yes, west's maintaining the planet on now permanent WWIII footing.

This is Hitler's Gen R Gehlen. Never having to face his war crimes, he simply joined the upper echelons of CIA. How's this possible? Cuz USA=Hitler very much like USA=Bin Laden, Hussein, Talib, al-CIAda and the rest of the bugaboo specters west loves to manufacture and fright-trip its cretinous populaces of baboons into psychotic cubicle-slaving child-murdering obedience.

A U S T R A L I A Australia - Supporting the fissure twixt west and Afghan "allies", Aussie troop dressed like a Talib, murdered Afghan guard, a supposed ally of west, in hope to spark internal wars. This is a very common method of west. And laughingly, Cuntberra's very angry. Why? Cause their murderer in drag got caught. West is a limitless farce and ridicule of all things humane.

B R A Z I L Brazil - USA slithers up with 2B USD to get their talons on the offshore oil action.

C H I N A China - USA peddling 6,4B USD worth of arms to Taiwan and threatens Beijing USA will defend Taiwan. Sideline: 6B worth of arms is more than USA 2010 nuke upkeep budget, not just a boatload of rifles.
- Bought near 30B USD worth of garage sale items in USA alone plus oil accesses like UK's E Energy and Swiss' Aldex. Yes, west is on a going-out-of-business sale.
- USA is trying to peddle GM's Hummer division to Beijing.
- Makes a 1,4B USD play for Aussia sugar industry but Aussie plays hard to get. This is like with mining. At first, Cuntberra screamed: "Aussia resources to Aussies" in the beginning of 2009. In 6 months, west's prolapse changed their mind.
- Foreign reserves grew by 453B USD/2009 to 2,4T USD. But reserve holdings in dollars shrank from once 2/3 to somewhere around 1/3 today. Note, this is a diametrically different tale than what all west media whores disseminate via their deceit BBCNN mindrape, in which the west TV and econ bimbos claim China is the real victim of USA prolapse. But then again, *all* BBCNN brainwash is detached from all reason and reality.

E U EU - With Portugal, Greece, Spain, Italy, and Ireland on the brink of default, in public, EUnuchs maintain there'll be no dump of EURo. However, behind the scenes ECB did a little study into the possibility of unhinging of the EURo nonsense. Yes, Grand EUnuchia, barely out of diapers, is already shopping for a casket.
- EUnuch central wank, UK's BoE, Swiss nat'l wank end their concerted bailout heist directed by the USA central wank. Henceforth, it may be every pirate for himself on even a grander scale across the west plateaus. The west states may just begin stuffing their own wallets with printed cash. Maybe they'll even have a race.
- Greece bond sales aren't raising the cash and are down 6%/Jan and 11%/3 months. No part of west, even the morally upright parts are worthy of any investment today. To save Grand EUnuchia from folding, IMF is busy extending some loan, of course, with harsh terms of social programme cuts.
- Italy crawls to Venezuela with 18B EUR to get in on the Orinoco belt oil action and promises of building refineries.
- Germs offering cash to buy "stolen" Swiss bank data in hope to claim 200M EUR hived away from Berlin in the Swiss vaults. Subterfuge, theft, spying, violation of due process, peddling stolen stuff, street gang mentality, that's all normal policies in west.
- Germ jesuit apologises to some 600 students for having been sexually abused in "systematic assaults". Yes, west is an orchestrated cabal of pedophile-crazed psychos.
- Germ unemployed at 3,6M in Jan.
- Germ industry orders shrivel 2,3%/Dec. Foreign orders shrivel by 3,2%. Yes, the Freeworld can manage just fine without "der ultimate driving machine".
- GM garage sells Saab for 470M EUR. The prolapsed west concern makes a living by losing over 1M EUR each and every day, weekends included. Russia managed to dump stock and pull out of the holding prior to the sale.
- UK Toyota zapping 750 jobs.
- UK ShopDirect zapping 1500 jobs.
- UK AstraZaneca zapping 8000 jobs. Looks like a damn fine recovery there, doesn't it?
- UK BratAir posts 1B GBP loss, which is nominal for the west air traffic industry 20% annual prolapse.
- In the continuing UBS loot hive battle, the Swiss pirates offer USA pirates 4000 accounts. But USA pirates want 50K account and so they threaten to resume the UBS war. And the Swiss pirates threaten to burn down the bank rather than turn the vaults over. Yes, the pirates of the Caribbean are at it.
- France tests ballistic missile. Note here that neither UK nor USA, the typical two bullies, threatened to nuke or sanction Paris for the provocation.
- Greece finds another 40B EUR hole in its debts.
- Romania happy to become USA nuke silo trench against Russia. So far the Barbarossa II front spans Poland, Czech Rep, Romania, Georgia (what's left of it), S Korea, Japan, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. Moldova and Kaliningrad are under west regime assault to rope them into the Barbarossa II lineup and it seems Ukraine may be wrested out of the claws of the west war fiends. Still, Barbarossa II is already ~4X Barbarossa I.
- Banksters meet in another orgy in Davos to publicly flaunt their bonuses off the west-wide theft. Oddly, west baboons weren't the least bit perturbed.
- The previous orgy in Cop-haggen over west eco-assault falls on its rump as China and India refuse to sign the west glacier-melting rubbish.

L Lula on the Davos charade: "They can't parade as a model of management cuz they're the ones that caused the biggest crisis."

H A I T I Haiti - USA christianic pedophile fiends descend on the defenceless children of the quake-torn island. 10 yank christianics get caught red-handed trying to thieve and traffic 33 kids (2 months - 12yrs old and not all orphaned). The USA jesuits tried beating the traffic charges by saying that west god sent them there to steal the kids. Odd, isn't it? West god told Busch II to murder millions of Iraqis. West god told USA gen'l to raze Falluja and murder everything that moves. Now, west god is directing children theft. West is THE disease with no competition! BTW, everything about this botched children heist screams "red herring".
- Comrade Obama occupation troops halt airlifts of injured victims. Yes, west builds giant concentration camps, organ & sex slave farms, children theft zones, one torn, defenceless nation at a time.

I R A N Iran - Wants to extradite USA harboured terrorist linked to the recent n-power professor assassination. Note here that west harbours int'l criminals.
- Launched satellite leaving the baboon muttering its typical obscenities.

This is how the peace-loving, Nobel Peace Prize Laureate, democracy-spreading west christianic disease is "uprooting evil". Children are the west beast's favourite target. No other crime can highlight the disease more. West is actually holding hundreds of children in their hellhole concentration camps torturing them by policy. 2 yrs ago, UN reported over 500 children being stolen from parents and tortured in west extermination camps. But to the west populace of the bristly baboon swill, this is "war on terror". Yes, west -- all the way down to the white freckly christianic plebe hunched over a laptop in his grey cubicle of the west slave industrial adult day-detention centres and minding his own child-porn downloading business -- is THE disease of this planet!

- See warnewstoday blog and heyetnet for war news.

J A P A N Japan - China placed orders causing Japan's export to actually grow, beside replacing USA as Japan's #1 export client. The implication should be obvious: there is no future with west.

And the message seems obvious to the Japanese. ~6K tell USA to get out.

- Hatoyama heard saying he'll "beat the inflation". This just for fun. Wasn't it "deflation" a month ago, that Japan was beating? If one plays with the west disease long enough, one ultimately contracts the sickness.
- USA strikes out at Japan with a 2B USD Toyota recall due to "possibly sticky mats".

N O R T H K O R E A North Korea - Exchanges fire with S Korea over protecting newly delineated no-sail zone. Live ammo exchange lasted a few days.

P A K I S T A N Pakistan - Peace Laureate Obama murders 17 civilians, wounding many more, 2Feb, with another drone bombing raid.
- Comrade Obama murdered 123 civilians with his relentless drone bombings in 2009. Foregoing the attacks on 3 other nations, this alone constitutes his west's highest peace laud.

P A L E S T I N E Palestine - Israel stealing Oush-Grab, Bethlehem, 2Feb.

Israel attacks civilians and children with their USA-made and given WMDs in southern Gaza, 2Feb.

R U S S I A Russia - Gazprom posts 33% growth in profits.
- Picks up London newspaper on the west garage sale.
- Rolls out Sukhoi T50.
- Arms Libya with 1,3B EUR worth of weaponry. Not long ago, EUnuchs banked on non-Russian energy from Libya. This is not the kind of world order west had in mind.
- Lukoil lands a contract for 13B barrels in West Quarna. No, this is definitely not the kind of world order west had in mind. And Busch II policy was very specific on this point: "No oil to anyone who didn't help murder with us."
- West launching another orange revolt in Kaliningrad.

U S A USA - Fanny realty lending monopoly urgently needs -- yet again -- 55B USD just to stay afloat in 2010. After all, they're looking at over 6,3T USD hole: near 5T in prolapsed mortgages and 1,6T in actual debt. Yes, T = trillion here.
- Raising debt ceiling -- yet again -- to 14,3T. This is literary months after comrade Obama had upped it to 9T. And guess what? The new debt ceiling will have been maxed out before THIS month is out. Exponentially sinking ship? You bet! Spread the message of "west is THE disease" far and wide to prevent someone, in a moment of sudden weakness, from sending liferafts when the baboon flush comes.

Don't waste too much time here. Just note the exponential nature of west's prolapse. Behold top graph, top black curve. The line represents the basic debt. Note how it's taking off quite amusingly right off the chart, like Iran's satellite.

- While the central bank is hiving 2-3T USD (that's TRILLION) threatening USA bankruptcy if called on it, the top elite banks has just flowed 1B USD from the bottoms of the bank chain. It should be clear to all, even the yank red rumped baboon, that bailout = grand wealth reform, or to be more precise: the shifting of all west cash into one pocket of the west war child-murdering junta.
- Comrade Obama sets all sorts of records with his new budget like biggest deficit, biggest nuke spending, the usuals. In detail: deficit grows to 1,6T USD from 1,3T USD; fed borrowing grows to 80% GDP from 77%; Pentagram war machine financing goes to over 700B USD (160B USD are going to Afghan and Iraq immediately). And he gives 5B USD to upkeep of his nuke arsenal outspending Busch II.
- Exxon profits prolapse 23%.
- Verizon zapping 13K jobs.
- 15 banks dead in 2010, as of 28Jan.
- 1 in 8 baboons needs food assistance, a 46% growth since 2006.
- California, the pride of caPIGtalism, now boasts 20% on ave unable to buy enough food today.

This fine graph is truly worth a look. Remember how west BBCNN media whores and the cretinous west baboons orgasm over their stock market rising upon which the west war cabals weave their laughable tales of west "recoveries" and such? Well, west stocks aren't up, the prolapse is! The graph shows earnings (P/E) adjusted for inflation meaning that a dollar earned have different worth depending on the era's inflation. Note first, the fantastic record cliff earning vanishing kicked off a bit after the 2006 dollar monopoly nuking. It's the greatest and steepest ever, beating even the "Great Depression" stock market crash of 1929. Then note, that the current west earnings are now touching 1945-46 levels. But the stocks are rising in value, they say. What's happening? Well, west is mired -- and terminally so -- in supergianthyperinsaneoffscaleinflation. Second, the stock, much like west's GDPs, and war junta banks profits are bloated with printed and heisted "bailout" cash. In very simple terms, nothing in west is profitable. All west claims of econ recovery and growth are no more than all things west: pathetic deceit. West econ doesn't exist any longer. All that's happening in west is the final wealth and real-estate reform. Without dollar monopoly, west cannot be, and some may aptly argue in many respects, that it isn't. So cheers to that, mates of the Freeworld and No-West-Order! Tell this simple tale to all the west baboon provocateurs and comrade Obama shill armies of mindrapists plaguing forums with their offal tales of west stock bloating.

- Fighting the gigantic spurn of vaccines, west medical cabal assaults doctor who linked west autism explosion and vaccinations. Though the west "doctors" are screaming now a different tune, they fail to explain why has autism in west grown into a pandemic. But so long as they have a scapegoat.
- Hunger pegged at growing 46%/3 yrs. Watch them find a scapegoat and revert all statistics.
- Home prices plunge 12% on average across the board, despite the garage sale pricing schemes, marking the grandest prolapse in 40 yrs. And this is with comrade Obama's "bailout" aid, which ends at the end of Q1.
- But 100M USD in new bonuses to AIG off "bailout" are fine, says comrade Obama to baboons. Baboons stopped listening the second they heard numbers.
- 22K jobs zapped in Jan.
- Rolling short term employment at 480K. The number seemed to have pegged at 500K and if it's dropping it's cause the benefits are shriveling.
- Begging Kissinger trips and comrade Obama love letters season is over, after bringing west no more than humiliating embarrassment. Now, warshington's befriending Dalai Lama to use Tibet as an orange revolt vehicle against Beijing.
- True to his peace laureates, comrade Obama launches militarisation of space and internet. War is west's only programme, thought, goal, wish, plan, etc.
- Pentagram establishing "strategic surprise and deception" dept. As though west doesn't have one already.
- If west's WWIII mobilisation of all its war assets isn't insane enough, warshington now proposes that the entire planet be NATO's protectorate zone. Not a joke! They're truly this diseased.
- And if this isn't enough of true, wholesome insanity, consider this. West now wants to explode hundreds of volcanoes to blow rubbish into upper atmosphere to block the sun. Why? To end its "global warming" false op. Yes, west is a lunatic whose only goal, thought, programme, plan, and wish is the total and complete destruction of life on earth.
- Google join hands with NSA to perfect web spying. Let's move blog, shall we?

Y E M E N Yemen - USAudi admits 109 troops dead since 3Nov09. Yet, recently foreign ministry claimed no knowledge of the genocide.
- Truce agreed upon twixt USAudi/Houthis, 27Jan.
- USAudi resume attacks, 28Jan, firing 94 rockets.

...to be cont'd as it all piles up.

General Clarification

There is nothing wrong with TV. There is nothing wrong with adoption.
There is nothing wrong with music.
There is nothing wrong with vaccinations.
There is nothing wrong with sports.
There is nothing wrong with nuke stuff.
There is nothing wrong with computers.
There is nothing wrong with philosophies and beliefs regarding what made the universe, the planet, us.
There is nothing wrong with organ transplant, food, sciences, schools, relief efforts, internet, art, honours and laureates, etc....

None of these disciplines/subjects are under any attack or should be faulted. Quite the contrary, they're all laudable and the means to better human existence.

What is wrong is the west.

Once west is added, all these things turn into nightmare, horror, genocide, torture, mindrape, and deceit.

In the claws of the west beast, the west freckly populaces of monkeys from the Baltic moors, all these things become WMDs and are used against the defenceless people of the planet, typically children, west's favourite prey.

In the mauling talons of the west beast, TV is no more than a mindrape brain laundromat.

In the molesting hands of the west beast adoption is a method to children theft and traffic.

Music, something that heals the human souls and uplifts the spirit, in the claws of the west beast, has become a torture implement used to sleep deprive embassies of the Freeworld and the victims of the west's concentration camps.

Vaccinations, in the raping hands of the west malpractitioners, have become the means to mass genocide.

Sports is west's cover under which it launches wars, like during Olympics 2008.

Nuclear energy doesn't mean energy to west. It's a way to slaughter civilians en masse, like west did TWICE already, deliberately choosing civilian-only targets of Nagasaki and Hiroshima.

Computer/internet, in the hands of west fiends have become the means to spying and waging cyber warfare.

Life philosophies and concepts of god have been perverted by the west miscreant to be no more than the cover and motives for genocides, children rape, children theft, children sexual enslavement.

Gen'l Clarification, Pt2

The advances in organ transplants are nothing more, to west, than the means to a criminal cabal profit off crimes so sickening they're hard to put in words.

Food industry, to west, is the means to disseminate, on mass scale, poisons like the Rumsfeld's aspertame brain eating toxin, and drugging populaces into low fertility, gender changing, autism, and a whole gamut of diseases.

Science, in the hands of the west perverts, has become the modern-day Dark Age medium. West has erased scientists and discoveries and replaced them with nazi shills like heinzenberg or jesuit Dark Agers like einstein concealing discoveries that would liberate the planet from the west energy dictate.

Schools, in west, are no more than mass children detention centres where daily fanatical religious abuse takes place. In USA, for example, children are forced to daily recite vows and pledges to their nation and god in a mass state-enforced brainwashing daily bizarre ritual. This doesn't even begin to touch the enormous mind lacerations west schooling ultimately achieves. The yank baboon is a perfect sample that evolution is not a natural process and that the reverse thereof is fully possible.

Relief efforts, for west, are no more than the guise under which to deploy child-murdering troops around the planet and ferry stolen loot, including human slaves, out of the disaster-crippled nations.

And on and on....

Everything, every single thing that humans achieve, create, invent is and has been ultimately perverted by the west beast into an array of WMDs used in west's perpetual pursuit of its one single thought: total enslavement of the planet.

---

This is written in sincere hope that pointless fights, which tend to centre on the disciplines/subjects rather than the west disease, are avoided. Faulting anything but west is not intended in any circumstance.

Whether this clarification achieves its purpose is also secondary to the important and primary point: west is THE disease.

Thrilling stuff in NBN this week, some of it a mite controversial perhaps (i.e. whether Af-Pak is headed in an anti-Russian direction or not is still an open question), but then if controversy did not thrive in NBN, it would become a tame thing indeed. We remain as ever in your debt for dotting i's and crossing t's with the finest of nibs.

Quite right, 04:57. Carthage came and went. Now it's USA's turn to be destroyed. It can't be left up to chance. Planning is required. But is the loose coalition which is the one-foot-in-the-other-camp Freeworld really capable of any such decisive action at this point in time?

The Greek infection is still spreading
(5.2.10)
Contagion is a horrid word. But it is one European policymakers had better get to grips with quickly. Anxiety about a debt crisis in Greece is one thing, but mounting fears that Spain and Portugal – and even Italy – are heading the same way were enough to spook Western stock markets yesterday. Spain and Portugal were both down 5 per cent, with the UK reacting badly too. Fears about Europe's sovereign debts even reached the US (poor joblessness figures didn't help).
These financial crises develop in the same way – for days or weeks at a time, isolated problems grumble on, before suddenly breaking out into full-blown panics. And a breakout is something to fear for the European Union. It has felt able to rule out a bailout of Greece, but would find it much harder to tell bigger member states to sort themselves out. To see this through the prism of the British banking crisis, you might describe Greece as Northern Rock, while Spain or Italy would be in HBOS territory.

USA DELENDA EST!

Hear! Hear!

America must pay the ultimate price of its 200-year genocide, murder, and exploitation spree across the planet: EXTINCTION.

Extinction of America as a nation.

Extinction of America as a culture.

Extinction of America as a (warped) idea.

Extinction of America as a people.

America must be killed ... in order for humanity to live!

This is the undeniable truth that many dare not speak.

How about replacing the "America" above with the entire West? They are all equally guilty.

The Bankruptcy of the United States is Now Certain
It’s one of those numbers that’s so unbelievable you have to actually think about it for a while… Within the next 12 months, the U.S. Treasury will have to refinance $2 trillion in short-term debt. Also, people are slowly waking up to the fact that America's overall debt can never be reimbursed. It is a mathematical impossibility.
Isn't this part of "USA DELENDA EST"?

Anonymous said...

More on above, 11:53:
The default rule for countries is simple. If you can’t pay off all of your foreign debts in the next 12 months, you’re a terrible credit risk. Speculators are going to target your bonds and your currency, making it impossible to refinance your debts. A default is assured.
So how does America rank on this particular scale? It’s a guaranteed default. The U.S. holds gold, oil, and foreign currency in reserve. The U.S. has 8,133.5 metric tonnes of gold (it is the world’s largest holder). That’s 16,267,000 pounds. At current dollar values, it’s worth around $300 billion. The U.S. strategic petroleum reserve shows a current total position of 725 million barrels. At current dollar prices, that’s roughly $58 billion worth of oil. And according to the IMF, the U.S. has $136 billion in foreign currency reserves. So altogether… that’s around $500 billion of reserves. America^s short-term foreign debts are far bigger.
According to the U.S. Treasury, $2 trillion worth of debt will mature in the next 12 months. So looking only at short-term debt, the Treasury will have to finance at least $2 trillion worth of maturing debt in the next 12 months. That might not cause a crisis if the national debt were still being funded. internally. But since 1985, US has been a net debtor to the world. Today, foreigners own 44% of all US debts, which means Americans owe foreign creditors at least $880 billion over the next 12 months – an amount far larger than the reserves they presumably hold.

"How about replacing the "America" above with the entire West? They are all equally guilty."

America is first among equals in terms of its guilt.

As such, it face a punishment appropriate to being the arch-fiend.

OK. Seen like that, I agree. In any case, if America goes, so does the rest of the west. Guaranteed.

This "analysis" predictably obscures one fundamental issue: America is not just another country.

It's the hegemon, the Gangster of the world.

As such, this global American gangster has "debts" in name only. The dirty little secret is this: the USA has no intention of repaying these faux "IOUs," which in reality are nothing more than imperial tribute the USA has stolen from the world.

This is very basis of American Dollar Imperialism--the thousand gorilla which all of these propagandists and shills deny the reality of.

Quite true. US has no intention of paying anything back. Hudson knows that. You and I know that. But what about America's creditors? How much or how little do they know? This default game is just that. A game. Still, if and when it does come about, what you call "the dirty little secret" will finally be out in the open. And some kind of difference will be made to the world. If in no other way, then at least as regards PR.

Stages in the WWIII Scenario - Friday, 05 February 2010 (David Icke Blog)
The Sword and the Shield: Surround Russia and China with Mobile 'Missile Defense' Systems
'So the strategy is clear. Surround Russia and China with mobile "missile defense" systems whose job is to take out their retaliatory capability after a U.S. first-strike against their nuclear weapons. Russia and China then build counter-measures to the U.S. missile defense systems and then the Pentagon in return counters with the new "global strike" systems that are today under development.
All this means one thing - an extended arms race with Russia and China which will mean huge profits for the weapons industry and the very likely reality that no effective arms control treaties will be negotiated during this administration. Why would Russia and China negotiate to seriously reduce their nuclear arsenals when the U.S. is surrounding them with missile defense and building new global strike systems?
The U.S. war state has become a pariah on this planet. You can dress it up nice with a smiling Obama but in the end one has to judge the U.S. by its deeds.'

What a farce!
January unemployment rate drops to 9.7 percent
WASHINGTON – The unemployment rate dropped unexpectedly in January to 9.7 percent, while employers shed 20,000 jobs, according to a report that offered hope the economy will add jobs soon.
The unemployment rate dropped from 10 percent because a survey of households found the number of employed Americans rose by 541,000, the Labor Department said Friday. The job losses are calculated from a separate survey of employers.
The department also revised its past employment estimates to show that job losses from the Great Recession have been much worse than previously stated. The economy has shed 8.4 million jobs since the downturn began in December 2007, up from a previous figure of 7.2 million.

Taliban reject "deal" with Afghanistan,
February 5, 2010 - The Taliban have said they will not enter into any "deal" with the Afghan government or the West to bring peace to Afghanistan, and their fighters will continue to die to achieve a victory they say is around the corner. At a conference in London last month, Afghan President Hamid Karzai invited the Taliban to a peace council and set out plans to lure fighters down from the hills in return for cash and jobs. But in a statement posted on the Islamists' website (alemarah.info/english) on Thursday, the Taliban vowed to "collude" with no one.

EU Sovereign Debt Defaults
The default of sovereign debt is assured to all but the experts, for Greece, for Spain, for Italy, for Portugal. Germany walks a fine line, as they pretend to prevent the breakdowns. They eagerly push for defaults, along with expulsions from the European Monetary Union. The Euro experiment has been a failure to Germany, ransacked of $400 billion each year in savings for a full decade. That tally is $4 trillion to Germany, which wants the Southern European fat trimmed off completely. The Euro currency decline will continue until clarity comes to the expelled member nations and to the new structure in the aftermath. The current Euro will continue to flounder in confusion, seen as a queer benefit to the USDollar.
The European core with Germany and Benelux nations at its nucleus has firm fundamentals, a fact to emerge soon. European leaders benefit from a lower Euro valuation, as export trade can be encouraged in an economic stimulus, but more importantly as US$ reserve assets rise in value for bank support. Dubai started the process of debt intolerance. The Euro has embarked on a death-birth process, the end of the Broad Euro and the beginning of the Core Euro. The new Core Euro currency will resemble the old Deutsche Mark, whose return will coincide with other nations reverting to their former domestic currency. Except the new DMark will be strong and the reversion currencies will be trashed 25% to 40% lower. Unless and until Germany emerges with a solid plan with a new Super-Trim Euro currency, the US$ will benefit at the Euro's direct expense. The Euro usage as a secondary global reserve has caused suffering. It was not designed for that purpose. Reversal is demanded. Gold faces competing forces to both lift its price and harm its price. Romania okays U.S plan to host anti-missile shield 04 Feb 2010
BUCHAREST, Feb 4 (Reuters) - Romania's top defence body approved a plan by Washington on Thursday to deploy interceptor missiles in the Black Sea state as part of a missile shield to protect Europe, President Traian Basescu said.
Basescu gave few details on the project, but it appeared to be part of the revamped approach taken by U.S. President Barack Obama since he scrapped a Bush-era plan for a radar site and interceptor rockets in the Czech Republic and Poland.
The missile shield has angered eastern Europe's former Cold War master Russia, who sees it as a threat to its own nuclear arsenal and has bristled at what it says is meddling by Washington in its sphere of influence.
"Terrestrial interceptors will be located inside the national territory," said the Romanian President, adding that the U.S. facilities were expected to become operational in 2015.
Basescu said participation of Romania, a European Union and NATO member of 22 million perched in the southeast corner of the continent, was not meant to threaten Moscow.
"The new system is not against Russia. I want to categorically stress this, Romania does not host a system against Russia, but against other threats," he said.

"Yoda Bets on Strategic Deception to Save the Empire"

"The most interesting part of the report deals with be attempted manipulation of strategic adversaries.. It is clear at the utopian Strangeloves of the Yoda network believe that they can ameliorate the declining US strategic position by playing on the gullibility and suggestibility of their main adversaries, especially by concentrating on the weak spots of the respective national ideologies of the rivals. The United States, according to the report, must concentrate on “understanding the enemy culture, standing beliefs, and intelligence-gathering process and decision cycle, as well as the soundness of its operational and tactical doctrine.” But necessary deception strategy will be “reliant …on the close control of information, running agents (and double-agents) and creating stories that adversaries will readily believe.” After the issuing of this report, nobody in the world has any excuse for doubting that the US does indeed run numerous double agents."

At a security conference held in Munich yesterday and attended by both Iran and China, the Chinese suddenly seemed to come of age.
Speaking in cool, collected termns, China's foreign minister, Yang Jiechi, made clear that China was prepared to stand alone among the permanent members of the security council in opposing sanctions against Iran.
He insisted Iran had not closed the door on negotiations over the export of its uranium, and called for patience and "a more flexible, pragmatic and proactive policy" towards talks with Tehran.
In his remarks Yang said it was time for China's voice to be listened to with more respect on the world stage. "We have one fifth of mankind," the foreign minister said. "At least we deserve a chance to express our views on how things should be run in the world.
"We are offering views but we have the modesty to listen to others. That has always been the tradition of China, but I think, we also deserve a hearing of one kind or another. One country, two countries three or four countries can definitely not decide the future of the world."
Yang rejected western criticism on internet freedoms and China's role at the Copenhagen global warming summit in December. He also criticised the US for its decision a week ago to sell more than $6bn in arms to Taiwan, which he said represented a violation of earlier bilateral agreements and "the international code of conduct".
"The Chinese government and people feel indignant about this," Yang said. "We approached the US side very seriously on many occasions. Yet the US went ahead and forced the Chinese government and people to react. We think it is our sovereign right to do what is necessary."
The remarks appeared to refer to possible retaliatory action against US companies. They followed a terrible week in Sino-American relations, badly damaged by the arms sale and Washington's confirmation that Barack Obama would meet the Dalai Lama.
About internet, modest China did not point out as Max Keiser did in his latest Report that most of that venerable medium will in any case be in Chinese within the next five years.

European markets plummet as the echoes of the ERM crisis intensify
European shares have endured their worst week since the very depths of the financial crisis almost a year ago, with economists likening the mood to the weeks that preceded the collapse of the European Exchange Rate Mechanism in the early 1990s.
Shares in London and across the euro area suffered another day of sharp falls amid concerns both about countries' ability to finance record budget deficits and over the fate of the single currency itself.
US markets followed suit.

The stockmarket suddenly becomes interesting again, seen from our perspective, i.e. winning the war against the Evil Empire. I remember there was a time when poiuytr used to say the euro would disappear long before the dollar.

Here, one example: Criticisng the debased west educational system, poiuytr writes that watching it in action, one clearly gets the impression that "evolution is not a natural process and that the reverse thereof is fully possible". One word summed up his economic predictions: bankruptcy. For the US, the PIGS and, and, and. He asserted that all governments would go bankrupt, except in the emerging countries with their low level of unfunded liabilities (health care, pensions funds, etc.).
Geo-politically, he pointed out that neither India, nor China nor Russia has the least interest in seeing the US succeed. Therefore, the war in Afghanistan might go on and on and on and eventually escalate.

Its latest December 2009 one is examined below, discussing "a disturbing (government-sponsored) trend that has (gained) currency in Israel over the past year - both in public discourse and sometimes in practice - to make human rights conditional: on fulfilling some obligation, having financial means, or belonging (or not belonging) to certain groups."...

Because they won't be able to control this larger population. Besides, many people besides myself have the idea that the necessity of a medum of exchange in the economy of mankind is archaic. As more and more people come to this realization, then their power over the human race will be destroyed. So they must do what they can to get rid of us first. Houthi fighters kill 23 Yemeni government soldiers (Press TV) - 06 Feb 2010
Twenty three Yemeni government soldiers have reportedly been killed by Houthi fighters in two separate incidents in northern Yemen.
Fifteen Yemeni government troopers lost their lives in an ambush on a military supply convoy in the Wadi al-Jabara district, while the other 8 soldiers were killed in clashes in the city of Sa'ada.
The Yemeni offensive against Houthis, which was joined by Riyadh in November, has so far claimed the lives of many civilians and displaced thousands of others from their homes in northern villages.
The developments come as the Houthi fighters offered to accept the six conditions for a truce originally set by the government at the end of last month.
Yemen has stepped up its military operation in the region despite the offer by the Houthi leader to end the six-month conflict.

Iran starts mass-producing 2 new missiles
Sat, 06 Feb 2010 - Press TV
Iran has launched production lines for two new missiles as a part of its plans to boost defensive capabilities against any possible attack.
Defense Minister Ahmad Vahidi on Saturday inaugurated the production line for an anti-armor missile Toofan-5 and an anti-helicopter missile Qaem.
"By the mass production and delivery of these modern weapons to the armed forces, the country's defense capabilities will increase both in ground and aerial war," the minister said.
The Toofan-5, which is among the most advanced of anti-armor missiles, is equipped with two warheads and can destroy armored vehicles, tanks and personnel carriers, Vahidi said.
The Qaem missile is also of a class of semi-heavy guided missiles and can destroy low-altitude aerial targets that fly at low speed. Being laser guided, the Qaem missile is also resistant to electronic warfare, Vahidi pointed out.

Is Obama the American Gorbachov?
Some have said they see Barack Obama as the US version of Mikhail Gorbachev. When the United States found itself in the midst of a global economic crisis, the administration decided it was time to launch the dialogue and discussion idea for peace in the world spoken about in the campaign. This is what Mikhail Gorbachev attempted to do during his leadership of the Soviet Union. During his trip to Moscow, Obama met with Mikhail Gorbachev.
The United States is suffering from a worst case of "buyer's remorse" since the fall of Nazi Germany. President Obama under the circumstances can only really work for change in the health care system, which is a life-and-death matter. The sordid rackets so ostentatiously infecting the system boil down vividly to lives ruined and bankrupted, and a system more frightful to deal with than disease itself. Probably the home truth is that health care will end up being rationed one way or another due to the change in the Democratic Congress.
Economically, the US isn't in a recession it's in a collapse. Dmitry Orlov outlined the process in his book "Reinventing Collapse" about the parallels between the dissolution of the Soviet Union and the prospects for demise of the US as currently constituted.
Mikhail Gorbachev presided over the Soviet dissolution. In the USA, the outcome this time might not be very appetizing. It would be one of the supreme ironies of history if it turned out that the US was incapable of ending its most self-destructive rackets peacefully and bloodlessly, while Russia made her transition in a peaceful, orderly manner.

Exit Poll: Yanukovych beats Tymoshenko in Ukraine
By YURAS KARMANAU and SIMON SHUSTER,
KIEV, Ukraine, AP – An exit poll predicted Sunday that opposition leader Viktor Yanukovych has been elected Ukraine's next president, with voters apparently favoring a leader who will steer the country away from the pro-Western course set by the 2004 Orange Revolution.
The National Election Poll expected the Russia-leaning Yanukovych to finish first in Sunday's runoff ballot, capturing 48.7 percent of the vote to 45.5 percent for Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, with other voters mostly choosing "Against all."
The stone-faced political leader from Ukraine's Russian-speaking east fought hard against Tymoshenko, whose impassioned leadership of the 2004 Orange protests made her an international celebrity. But Sunday's vote appeared to be much closer than the first round Jan. 17, where Yanukovych had a 10 percentage point lead over Tymoshenko.

Munich, Germany - 5.2.10
Today Chinese foreign minister Yang Jiechi, speaking with unusual bluntness in front of 300 leading diplomats – including senior US officials – here in Munich publicly stated that China is getting stronger on the international stage. He said the US was violating international law by a proposed arms sale to Taiwan, offered that China’s TV and radio news service contains “more solid” and reliable news than Western media, and that China is not ready to address sanctions on Iran’s nuclear program, stating instead that the Islamic Republic “has not totally closed the door on the IAEA.”
“I haven’t heard a high-ranking Chinese official say, ‘Yes, we are strong,’ in a public setting before,” said a senior German diplomat. “It was a very assertive message, different, and it means we will soon see a different Chinese policy.”
China’s presence at the 48-hour Munich conference, hosted by German diplomat Wolfgang Ischinger, and that will include US National Security Advisor James Jones, follows a robust Chinese presence at the annual Davos conference in Switzerland, where China rented one of the most splendid villas – used in the past by Microsoft.
Gary Smith, director of the American Academy in Berlin, said that Yuan’s assertive speech did not contain the kind of direct dynamite that Vladimir Putin’s address here did in 2007, when Russia's then-president affirmed that Russia would taking a newly assertive role on the world stage. But Yuan’s comments nonetheless would be felt strongly here, Smith said: “Europeans have been terrified by this kind of moment…they’ve been obsessed by the rise of China and India.

The report states a roadside bomb killed 1 U.S. soldier besides wounding 2 others near Ghulam Yaha Shrine located in this district, adding that soon after the first explosion, a second blast tore through a group of American soldiers who had approached the scene to evacuate the casualties caused by the former detonation.
Some 4 soldiers were killed and 5 injured in the latter blast.

RE: Cold War comments above. We often get the same dish, badly reheated, with some congealed grease still clinging to the sides. The Cold War of our times is above all the Iran-West standoff, ongoing for the past 33 years and with still no end in sight. I may be wrong, but I'm backing Iran on this one. To paraphrase what the Iranians say about Israel: "West is a crazy entity run by crazies". Yes, Iran, not the crazed west, will chalk up victory here finally.

And now to echo the battlecry of the Resistance: One, two, three:

Ethnic Cleansing Escalation in Jerusalem
Aletho News | February 8, 2010
Israeli occupation forces manning a military checkpoint at the Shu’fat refugee camp in Jerusalem set off protests Saturday due to the humiliating conditions inflicted on Palestinians on a daily basis. The residents, who were displaced from their homes across Jerusalem, have been denied access to the city by the apartheid wall as well as various military checkpoints. There have also been recent protests against further Palestinian home demolitions in the area.

Simultaneous military, G7 and BIS summits point to something big
Major world changes are clearly close on the horizon. This past weekend saw a G7 Finance Minister’s summit near the North pole, a BIS central bank governor’s summit in Australia and a gathering of the world’s military leaders (including Nato, Russia and China) in Germany. All of this is a sign of preparation for some major public announcements almost certainly related to the new financial system.

re: 14:16

"The Eunuchs happen to be marginally brighter than the USans. Instead of restraining them, the Eunuchs always egg them on to ever greater folly, all the while smiling sweetly at the rest of the world."

"Folly" is an interesting and revealing choice of words you made.

Since when has the genocide of over 1 million people (in Iraq and Afghanistan) become merely a "folly"?

That is a crime--a crime beyond imagination.

Anonymous said...

I stand corrected, 14:16. Folly was wrong. Crime is right. Nonetheless, this is simply hair-splitting. The point, though unaddressed, was and remains: Eunuchs are even greater criminals than the USans. May their just deserts, the harshest of punishments - but you may well ask: can any punishment ever fit their crimes? - descend upon all genociders even as we type out these lines.

MORE ABOUT GREECE:
Angela Merkel tried to calm fevered speculation in financial markets yesterday that Germany was preparing to lead a bail-out of Greece amid a split in the EU on how to handle its most ailing member.
The German Chancellor denied reports that her Finance Minister was conducting secret talks with Jean-Claude Trichet, head of the European Central Bank, and with other capitals on an EU rescue fund for Athens.
Mrs Merkel has staunchly resisted suggestions that the EU must swallow its pride and turn to the Washington-based IMF for a solution to the growing economic turmoil in Greece, with fears that its troubles in international finance markets will trigger a domino effect, toppling other weak members of the eurozone such as Ireland, Portugal, Spain and Italy.
But last night there were signs of a developing European split over calling in the International Monetary Fund, a move also strongly opposed by Brussels, with suggestions from Sweden’s Finance Minister and other officials that this might be better than the EU programme outlined last week.

13:21 -- WWIII signs

So long as there's Russia and now China and perhaps SouthAm now and more.... west collective econ stands no chance of survival. It's been propped up for the entire existence of the west parasite by perpetual war.

For example, Vietnam was bombed to the Stone Age simply because its econ was growing and there was a risk of Vietnam becoming a econ model for the region. So far as the Freeworld was not able to confront the vile vampire ways of the west beast, the west could maintain its drug monopoly, cash monopoly, energy monopoly, etc, by perpetual genocide everywhere where there are defenceless children.

This has and is being changed and west is running out of nations to parasite. Today, even magical theft of Iran by west, wouldn't solve a single thing for west dying and dead econs and monopolies.

But starting WWIII and winning it isn't without challenges. Hence the west's perpetual tries to rope in another Hitler and send him Moscow-way.

----------------

16:44 -- PIGS prolapse

One has to love Germs in this refusing to give cash while they themselves have drank trillions to sustain their Berlin farce. The same goes for UK, of course, and the other saxon run EUnuchs.

It's such a lovely farce though, isn't it? No sooner the Grand EUnuchia is out of diapers it's literary having its tombstone done.

--------------------

12:20 -- - Ohio state income tax off $97.7M
- Indiana State revenue is $74.8M off forecast

This is funny! Some serious budgets there. The baboons can't even afford the Murdoch brainwash anymore.

----------------------

8:39 -- "Check out the spite, check out the venom contained in that one single sentence."

Yes, the west beast gnashes its fangs from all its mindrape channels oozing the unmatched vileness in every sentence, every word.

----------------------

9:17 -- thanks for Houthi news!

----------------------

10:15 -- "One example of US cunning. The USans themselves are sitting on a lot of oil which they refuse to touch, no doubt ..."

That's the crux of the rot of west. West can't pull its own oil. It pays a dollar to get a barrel in Persian Gulf thanks to the perpetual genocide of Arabs and thus maintaining the labour rate at slavery levels. Then the west beast hawks the barrel in Loondon for 70 USD, making insane profit from the 100 yr rape.

If the yank baboon pulled its own oil, it'd fill a barrel for 100 USD, on a very very good day, and it would be finished as well.

West is a parasite. It lives of the blood of the world, keeping slave labour and resource rates low.

West can't even grow own food because labour rate would push the price beyond insane on the west market. West absolutely requires children enslaved around the planet producing clothes, food, and energy for the parasite.

And that's changed. And that's the crux of the west rot we're witnessing today, the very terminal prolapse rot with no hope of averting or even slowing down now.

Without the Freeworld, west can neither clothe, feed, or keep self warm. It knowns it and its silly desperation is running rampant.

16:24 -- Robin Cook kellied in the west blood purges

There's a handful of names here on the list. But it's a pathetically short list, isn't it? I'd add Gen Byrnes. Anyone has heard anything of him?

He's the guy that sent that unmarked fighter to blast the explosive ferrying truck before it had reached Chicago (that was the tale) for the planned subway 911.

Busch II had deranked Byrnes for inappropriate sexual conduct thereafter and the man appears missing. Anyone know the tale?

But still, the west "opposition" list has been as embarrassing as comrade Obama's love letters.

------------------------

17:50 -- Regarding the bank stuff -- "Are all these people on cocaine or something?"

Yes! It's all 100% lies in news. All that's happening is the theft and sacking of west. And they seem to add the odd insult, ridicule, and scorn for good measure. Amazingly, the west masses of right idiots untangled neither.

-------------------------

18:11 -- Obama = Gorbachov

No question comrade Obama was put in to pull the plug, put blame on liberal, nay, socialist policies for USA collapse, and pave way for ultra-right rising and coming to power. But something has gone awry, as it tends to with all NWO plans.

Comrade Obama is now heralding Busch II policies, going as far as stating that Busch II was right. This is very much continuance of the same war junta regime.

Either the west war junta has felt some pang of victory and jettisoned the need to fold via some Obama-like charade just yet or they've shifted to a policy seeking all out war someplace by any means.

It's hard to guess how much of it they've been deceived into believing but it appears that the original plan of abandoning west after it's been sacked to a man has been postponed in favour of pursuing a large int'l conflict drawing in Russia and beyond.

If this seems psychotic, that's cause it is. I'm fully aware of the insanity that oozes out of these lines, yet here it is. And BTW, if one considers 911 again, then one is quickly reminded that they indeed are this psychotic in every respect.

poiuytr said...

14:16 -- "Eunuchs always egg them on to ever greater folly, all the while smiling sweetly at the rest of the world. Horrid hypocrites. The entire west is rotten to the core."

You're 100% correct! West is THE disease.

--------------------------

22:44 -- "Af-Pak is headed in an anti-Russian direction or not is still an open question), but then if controversy did not thrive in NBN, it would become a tame thing indeed. "

No controversy, beyond what's in the west news barfs, is intended. Let's see.... how can I put it briefly? Well, I can't... :)

Giving cash to Talib for truce doesn't seem to make sense. Ceding occupied land, turning over weapons cache, parsing up no-fly zones within the war zones, maybe, these could be terms of some truce, but cash? Billions hastily pumped from Germs and UKians to Talib? That doesn't seem like the stuff truce is made of.

It's also unlikely, any truce can be reached here. West is occupying a nation and as such cannot reach truce with anyone there, not even their own erstwhile factions, not even with their degree of infiltration.

So we must read twixt the lines and see if how it relates to the over west beast strategy.

Considering, just like with Iran, that even if by some magic, west took over Afghanistan tomorrow, it still wouldn't change the west imminent fate as far as its terminal prolapse. So we're back to WWIII, or Barbarossa II, "THE" (no longer the only one) hurdle to west's enslavement of the planet.

The billions given to Talib for truce suggest arms peddling or arming up of Afghan/Talib possibly exploiting the old historical west-made fissures against Russia.

After all, there is an encirclement going on around Russia and we know that west has tried with Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz, etc etc, and isn't leaving Japan for this very reason.

And then there's the news with Russia mulling the deployment of "drug" police into Afghanistan. Now, whether that happens or now, sending police force into a hot war zone doesn't seem like the brightest policing policy and far more like a pretext to get combat units wedged into Afghan or perhaps just access to Afghan while under the auspices of the NATO boys. Also, if the problem was truly drug smuggling, Russia could seal its own border first, instead of going into a war zone.

So based on the few news dots and primarily, the west's overall strategic need to destroy Russia -- via a proxy, the extrapolation just falls out of it.

Whether correct or even close....? Let's hope not. Let's hope west Afghan war policy falters before it can be directed or just exploded by west outside of Afghan borders. BTW, west's been somewhat successful in crossing the border to Pakistan already so it's no question that west war within Afghanistan seeks to generate a larger regional conflict. That's why that Aussie boy was dressed like Talib murdering Afghan guardsmen.

West is seeking chaos, faction versus faction chaos, exploiting all natural fissures in all societies, cultures, and religions. I don't think west necessarily is in charge or can control which way the conflict blows and even the extend of it. And that makes west int'l policy of war and evil against all defenceless children perhaps even more frightening because west is not in charge of the flames it stokes.

9:33 -- Fiscal assault of Japan via Honda, Toyota

It's some 2B USD a year that the Japanese pay to house the USA military and its golf courses. Hatoyama's budget is uncertain about keeping these tithes on the table so there's gonna be a fiscal attack by USA on Japan now.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, poiuytr, illuminating as ever. Terrifying, too. And much of it spot on. We still believe Af-Pak will not degenerate into a Russia hit, but time will tell there. Britain, You Better Wake Up
'The more I read about the Chilcot inquiry the more disturbed I am. The fallacy imbued in the heart of British ‘democracy’ is staggering. While some commentators are concerned with questions to do with the legality of the war, the most crucial issue here is actually the disappearance of ethical judgment from our public and political life. Rather than being concerned with morality and ethics British politicians are concerned with legalism. In other words, if someone would manage to prove that the war was ‘legal’ then the murdering of a million and a half Iraqis would be well justified. Let’s all face it, our politicians are corrupted to the bone.'
Well argued, man, that's the spirit. Expand that Brit to West and there you have it: Mo morality, no ethics, no values and no judgement. Just greed and genocide.

Russia not to send troops to Afghanistan
Moscow, Feb 9: Russia will not send troops to help NATO forces counter Taliban insurgency in Afghanistan, the country's top security official said here today.
"We are strongly opposed to our military's role in operations in Afghanistan," Russian Security Council's Secretary Nikolai Patrushev said at a press conference.
Mr Patrushev was reacting to NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen comments earlier that he did not rule out the possibility for Russia to join the alliance's operation in Afghanistan as it shares the bloc's security concerns.
Mr Rasmussen told a security conference in Munich that Russia would find it hard to fight the spread of drugs produced in Afghanistan, if the southwestern country turned into a refuge for terrorists again.
"A key to the Afghan problem lies in the political rather than military domain," Patrushev said echoing Russian leaders' repeated statements that Moscow would never send troops into Afghanistan from where Soviet forces pulled out in 1989 after suffering humiliating losses from Islamic insurgents.
The Soviet Union lost some 14,500 military personnel in its 1979-1989 campaign in Afghanistan.
But Mr Patrushev reaffirmed Russia's commitments to help the alliance in other ways.
Russia has allowed land transits of non-lethal NATO supplies to Afghanistan and promised more assistance in the bloc's operations in the war-torn country by expanding transits, supplying helicopters and training Afghan security forces.
The Western military bloc froze ties with Russia after its armed conflict with Georgia in 2008, but they have since resumed formal contacts.
At least for once Russia straightforward and clear. Think, you idiot Rasmussen, think. Russia can do many things, but it will not be associated with any attacks on Muslims again. Take that to the bank and grow rich.

1:00 -- Indeed you are right!

The second west waves a hero, it's another embarrassment like Mr 911 Galloway and on and on. Every west dissent voice is a mental cripple in some aspect. Rense has his green aliens and "GLOBAL" meltdown wetdreams. Craig Roberts has his goody good US of A of yesteryear that was so peace loving and all that rubbish. David Icke has his lizard shape shifters frightening everyone away from daring to question. Engdahl has his cretinous, and I mean cretinous econ explanations of what's happening upon which he weaves his rhetoric of this typical west voodoo econ. No one in west has so much as hinted at understanding the crux of the west-wide demise yet.

But anyway,... wait, I stand corrected... What about Brian Hawe? He's no politician, but he's the original "I don't agree with the shite" guy, the only knight of the islands. BTW, anyone knows how he's faring out in this global warming winter?

But you're right, all west war junta echelons and their financier banksters down the the willing populace of BBCNN murder watchers and supporters are THE chief planet's disease.

I'm in awe of you not fearing to state that!

-------------------

16:38 -- Anyone remembers anything on Byrnes? If I even have the name right...?

Anyway, it's 2004 I think and the crazed 911 murderers are ferrying tonnes of explosives to Chicago from west USA. A fighter attacks the truck blowing it up and leaving a 20 metre crater in the freeway. This was someplace in Utah, I'm not completely stupid.

Then there's the tales of French intel arresting Brit agents in Chicago's subway. There's some link to French Guinna, where they hold them. Nothing after that materialised after that, expect later the disappearance of Byrnes, which was one of the few top USA gen'ls. Busch II claimed inappropriate sex conduct for his disappearance from the public eye and Pentagram ladders of Nobel Peace Prize competitors. This alone is strange, since west typically honours pedophiles and slave traffickers with governance contract like USA did Dynacorp with the full knowledge of the human trafficking. Yes, it's all sordid, down to the bone and back up to the skin. All things west are rancid beyond words.

Nonetheless, there probably was some type of coup going in 2004 and after that we get the giant west blood purges or the judicial zoos, then political zoos, and media zoos.

It's just one big zoo today with ridicule and scorn for all things humane and human pouring out of the west child-murdering prolapsing carcass. And even if there was a coup or two, it rights nothing about west.

Back to who's a hero and who not. Well, about Cook, he was certainly involved in the 1999 Nato aggression. But by the time the Iraq war came to blast open doors, he'd learnt something, grown in moral stature perhaps, learnt to take a principled stand. He was assassinated. That vouches for his integrity in his last years. Look, the common concept of the flawed hero is a reality. Specially in the realm of power and politics. But, no further argument. Classify Cook among the criminals if you like. Who's got the strength to argue with anyone,

And the Pentagon runs amok
Tens of thousands of foreign troops are bogged down in Afghanistan because the North Atlantic Treaty Organization invoked its Article 5 collective defense provision in 2001 to fight "al-Qaeda", the myth which refuses a natural death. Sooner or later, NATO will also hit Yemen.
As much as oil is power, the good ol' "war on terror" - rebranded or not by the US - is alive and kicking. Iraq, Afghanistan (then AfPak), Yemen, Somalia, these are all cogs in the relentless full spectrum dominance machine, the real deal behind the "war on terror" cover story, intimately linked to Washington's scramble to control and/or monitor as many global sources of oil and gas as possible.
And for a Pentagon already running amok, it is getting deeper and deeper into this key stretch of the "arc of instability", from North Africa to the Persian Gulf, and at the same time instilling the flames of a new Cold War between Saudi Arabia and Iran. Blessed are those "al-Qaeda" virtual jihadi nomads.
O, prolapse, come to the rescue, fast and fearlessly.

One US econ shill on the situation today:
Bailing out PIGS is not the major issue. If the EU does a bailout, it will only be a temporary aid because socialism is collapsing on a global basis due to the enormous, unserviceable debt.
Countries accustomed to the undeserved goodies that socialism promised but delivered on borrowed money do not have the political will to cut the unaffordable spending. So in the near future, the market will force the requisite changes. At some point the borrowed money train will halt and the goodies will disappear, just like in the USSR.
Capitalism is going, too, as we know, so what remains?

Iran celebrates the 31st anniversary of its Revolution Day. Thousands and thousands of Iranians stood shoulder to shoulder in Azadi Square to listen to President Ahmedinejad making his speech. In which he said, among other things:
"I want to announce with a loud voice here that the first package of 20% fuel was produced and provided to the scientists."
"We have the capability to enrich uranium more than 20% or 80% but we don't enrich (to this level) because we don't need it."
"When we say we do not manufacture the bomb, we mean it, and we do not believe in manufacturing a bomb. If we wanted to manufacture a bomb, we would announce it."
The same spirit of boldness which inhabits Venezuela's Chavez animates the President of Iran. But Iran has also taken precautions against being overcome by the "Greenies" again. Foreign media have been banned from the streets of Tehran. Access to the outside world is down to a minimum.
We wish the people of Iran strength and every success as they continue to build up their ongoing Revolution.

The statements emanating from Pristina and the intensifying international debates over the Kosovo theme do not only show that the Albanian separatists are preparing an attack against their opponents but also give an idea of its potential scenario, the distribution of roles in it, and the extent to which Hashim Thaci and other former leaders of the terrorist Kosovo liberation army are relying on the international support in the process.

And Tymoshenko herself is keeping quiet at the moment. The impression one gets is the same people supporting the Kosovo lot above are also giving Y a hand. Unlike in Iran, there was no landslide victory in the present case, so guesswork is literally invited by the final results.

Ukraine PM attacks election rival (11.2.10)
Yulia Tymoshenko, Ukraine's prime minister, has attacked the country's president-elect in her first public appearance since refusing to concede defeat in the Sunday's run-off election for the post.
At a cabinet meeting on Thursday, Tymoshenko, who has refused to concede defeat despite official results giving Viktor Yanukovych victory by 3.5 per cent, criticised her rival for not keeping election promises on public sector salaries and pensions.
"Today it is clear that no one from the Yanukovych team is intending to raise social standards. This was just PR," Tymoshenko told the cabinet meeting.
"Already after the elections, the deceptions of the campaign are starting up again and people need to take this into account in their future political decisions," she said.
The last public comments by Tymoshenko had been on Sunday night after the publication of exit polls
Odd! The man hasn't been safely elected yet and already he's being charged with breaking electoral promises. How does that work out?

"Ohio is not only a destination place for foreign-born trafficking victims, but it's also a recruitment place," said Celia Williamson, an associate professor at the University of Toledo who led the research.

Nationwide, between 45,000 and 50,000 people are trafficked into the United States, according to a 2001 report by the U.S. State Department. But Williamson noted that the problem is hard to quantify because of the underground nature of human trafficking, ...

Think the PIGS Are in Trouble? These 7 U.S. States Could Be Heading for Something Worse
The inevitable coming of the sovereign debt panic finally engulfed Europe this week as the derisively (or perhaps affectionately) named PIGS spilled their slop on the continent. But Portugal, Ireland, Greece, and Spain are hardly worthy of so much attention. In truth, they are little more than the currently favored proxies among the leveraged speculator community (cough) for the larger problem of all sovereign debt. Indeed, the credit default swaps on these smaller European satellite states were not alone this week in making large moves higher. UK sovereign risk rose strongly, and so did US sovereign risk. With a downgrade warning from Moody’s to boot.
Notable among three of the PIGS are their relatively small populations, and small contributions to either world or European GDP. While Spain has a population over 45 million, Portugal and Greece have populations roughly equal to a US state, such as Ohio–at around 10 million. And Ireland? The Emerald Isle has a population similar to Kentucky, at around 4 million. While the PIGS are without question a problem for Europe, whatever problems they present for Brussels are easily matched by the looming headache for Washington that’s coming from large US states such as California, Florida, Illinois, Ohio, and Michigan.
I’ve identified seven large US states by four criteria that are sure to cause trouble for Washington’s political class at least for the next 3 years, through the 2012 elections. These are states with big populations, very high rates of unemployment, and which have already had to borrow big to pay unemployment claims. In addition, as a kind of Gregor.us kicker, I’ve thrown in a fourth criteria to identify those states that are large net importers of energy. Because the step change to higher energy prices played, and continues to play, such a large role in the developed world’s financial crisis it’s instructive to identify those US states that will struggle for years against the rising tide of higher energy costs.
The seven states to make my list are California, Florida, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, North Carolina, and New Jersey. Each has a population above 8 million people. Each has had to borrow more than a billion dollars, so far, to pay claims out of their now bankrupt unemployment insurance fund. Also, each state currently registers broad, underemployment above 15% as indicated by the U-6 measure for the States. And finally, each state is a large net importer of either oil, natural gas, electricity, or all three of these energy sources.

Anonymous said...

Think the PIGS Are In Trouble (2)
Let’s consider the overall predicament for residents of states like California, with its epic housing bust, Ohio and Michigan at the end of the automobile era, or North Carolina and New Jersey in light of the financial sector’s demise. Not only have states such as these permanently lost key sectors that once drove their economies, but, residents in these states are over-exposed to structurally higher energy costs. The prospect for wage growth in the United States is now dim. We are already recording year over year wage decreases in real terms. The culprit? Energy and food costs. My seven states are squeezed hard at both ends: no wage growth at the top, and no relief through cheaper energy costs at the bottom.
It will also be revealing to see how this depression ultimately plays out in such states as Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming, Oklahoma, North Dakota, and Louisiana which are all net exporters of energy.
21st century energy prices overlaid on a 20th century economy? That’s no fun at all. The mainstream economics profession, perhaps unsurprisingly, still does not pay enough attention to the interweaving of long-term stagnant wage growth, higher energy inputs, and the resulting credit creation that OECD countries took as the solution to resolve that squeeze. Given that one out of eight Americans takes food stamps, a visit to states like Illinois, Florida, Ohio, and North Carolina would reveal that the difference between 15 dollar oil and 75 dollar oil, and 2 dollar natural gas and 5 dollar natural gas is large.
My seven states of energy debt represent a full 35% of the total US population. As with other US states, they face looming policy clashes between protected state and city workers on one hand, and the growing ranks of the private economy’s underemployed on the other. The days of unlimited borrowing by governments–against future growth based on cheap energy–is coming to an end. Washington can print up dollars and fund these states for years, if it so chooses. But just as with the 70 million people in Portugal, Italy, Greece and Spain, the 108 million people in these seven large states are probably facing even higher levels of unemployment as austerity measures finally slam into their cashless coffers, and reduce their ability to borrow.

New Greece fear leaves euro at market's mercy
The Eurozone GDP figures were well below expectations (12.2.10)
The euro plunged today after the eurozone revealed GDP grew by a lower-than-expected 0.1 per cent in the fourth quarter, dragged down by Germany, the biggest economy of the 16-nation collective.
Official figures showed that the single-currency economy grew by just 0.1 per cent between October and December, below forecasts of 0.4 per cent and a third quarter rise of 0.4 per cent.
Eurozone GDP missed expectations after Germany failed to grow in the fourth quarter following a 0.7 per cent increase in output between July and September.
The figures emerged one day after Angela Merkel, the German Chancellor, refused to commit to a bailout of Greece at a one-day European summit in Brussels. Instead, EU leaders made a general pledge to take "determined and co-ordinated action if needed" to prop up the euro.
Greece’s economy fell by 0.8 per cent, while Spain, which has the highest rate of unemployment in the eurozone at 19.5 per cent, contracted by 0.1 per cent. Italy’s economy also shrank by 0.2 per cent.
France’s economy grew by 0.6 per cent in the final three months of 2009, helped by robust consumer spending and beating forecasts of 0.5 per cent, official GDP figures showed.
However, the slump in eurozone growth sent the volatile euro down against the dollar from last night’s close of $1.5702 to $1.5612.
General Comment: France knows how to lie better than its neighbours.

Global Econ Tsunami - Matthias Chang - 12.2.10
In an earlier posting to my website, I have indicated that there is a weak link holding up the Asian economies, and it is not China.
It is Singapore - touted by her US financial masters as an island of prosperity and financial stability. This is one of the biggest hoax since the collapse of Lehman Bros.
Singapore’s ratio of debt to GDP is a whopping 99.2 percent.
But no one seems to be taking any notice. Why are they making so much fuss over Greece, when Singapore is worse off?
If Singapore goes belly up, forget about any substantial growth in Asia to spur global recovery. Anyone who knows about the way business is done in the ASEAN region knows too well that if Singapore defaults, Indonesia will be the first to sink, followed rapidly by Thailand and Malaysia. The contagion will then spread to the rest of Asia. China will not be able to put out the fire.
China will survive the turmoil, but barely.
This is my nightmare scenario. And the second Tsunami is coming.
When?
After the failure of Europe to solve the problems of Greece, Spain and Portugal!

Anonymous said...

It comes in bunches, doesn't it? Like bouquets of freshly picked spring flowers. So, for the crash of the global economy, we have three different scenarios presented in recent postings: 1)the PIGS, but by now every schoolchild has heard of the problem and is looking for a solution; 2) the 7 US States which are being squeezed towards bankruptcy; and now 3) Chang's warnings about Singapore, though he does subordinate that particular default to the PIGS going first.
Can anyone make sense of all this?

Battle of Marjah, James. Going the way it should.
Taliban claim militants killed 15 US-led troops - Fri, 12 Feb 2010
The Taliban in Afghanistan claimed Friday that the militants had killed at least 15 US-led troops in Khost Province.
Militant spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said the militants blew up a vehicle with hundreds of kilos of explosives targeting US-led troops in the area.
A Press TV correspondent in Kandahar said local sources had confirmed the report. According to the sources, the bomb exploded around noon killing many troops in the Lakno area, in the suburbs of Khost city.
The US-led force has not commented on the report.
A similar attack last night injured five American troops in the neighboring Paktia Province.
After more than eight years of US-led military involvement in Afghanistan, violence continues to spread in the war-torn country.

No, sorry. Got that wrong. Above is Khost Prov and Marjah is Helmand. Yesterday's news was as below. Unfortunately the Afghan site is down, so nothing objective yet.

Marjah Battle: Gunfire Between Marines, Taliban Foreshadows Major Afghanistan Fight
U.S. and Afghan soldiers linked up with Marines on the outskirts of the Taliban stronghold of Marjah on Thursday, sealing off escape routes and setting the stage for what is being described as the biggest offensive of the nine-year war.
Taliban defenders repeatedly fired rockets and mortars at units poised in foxholes along the edge of the town, apparently trying to lure NATO forces into skirmishes before the big attack.
Up to 1,000 militants are believed holed up in Marjah, a key Taliban logistics base and center of the lucrative opium poppy trade. But the biggest threats are likely to be the land mines and bombs hidden in the roads and fields of the farming community, 380 miles (610 kilometers) southwest of Kabul.
The precise date for the attack has been kept secret. U.S. officials have signaled for weeks they planned to seize Marjah, a town of about 80,000 people in Helmand province and the biggest community in southern Afghanistan under Taliban control.

NATO officials say the goal is to seize the town quickly and re-establish Afghan government authority, bringing public services in hopes of winning support of the townspeople once the Taliban are gone. Hundreds of Afghan soldiers were to join U.S. Marines in the attack to emphasize the Afghan role in the operation.

Here's another chatty little piece about Marjah:
Afghan forces, citizens key to Marjah victory after battle ends
Coalition forces in Afghanistan will face two enemies when they invade the Taliban stronghold of Marjah: the enemy and the clock, military experts say.
The U.S.-led offensive Operation Moshtarak, which is expected is start any day, is being described as the largest military operation in Afghanistan since the war began in 2001.
But the most important battle will take place after the shooting stops, several military experts say. The Marjah offensive will feature the largest presence of Afghan national army troops in any battle to date, yet what these troops do afterward will be critical, they say.
“This is a great opportunity for Afghan security forces to establish their bona fides,” says Lt. Col. Michael E. Silverman, an Iraq war veteran and a counterinsurgency training consultant for the U.S. Army. “We’ll never have enough U.S. forces to hold a place in the middle of Afghanistan,” Silverman says. “It’s going to have to be the Afghan forces that are going to take the lead in holding places.”
The Marjah battle is expected to be vicious: house-to-house fighting in a major city littered with bobby-traps. Marjah is located in central Helmand where opium, which is used to fund the Taliban, is grown.
The battle for the loyalty of Marjah’s citizens is even more important, Silverman says. The Taliban has installed a shadow government in Marjah. Coalition forces must convince Afghans to look to their own national government for security and economic opportunities, Silverman says.

Operation Moshtarak: At a glance (AFP - 13.2.10)
US marines are in the forefront of the latest offensive to wrest Marjah from the Taliban The joint command at Nato's International Security Assistance Force (Isaf) has launched what it calls an "Afghan-led counter-insurgency operation", sending 15,000 troops into key areas of Helmand province to fight the Taliban.
The Taliban has a fraction of that number of forces, claiming 2,000 fighters are ready to fight back.
Codenamed Operation Moshtarak (meaning "together" in the local Dari language), the latest offensive's first objective is to secure control of the town of Marjah, southwest of Helmand's provincial capital Lashkar Gah. Marjah is known to be the heart of the region's opium's cultivation and drug trade.
To the north, troops are also fighting in the district of Nad Ali, the scene of recent, smaller clashes between Nato forces and Taliban fighters.
The forces involved in Operation Moshtarak are:
Afghans comprise about 60 per cent of the total force, although most are in support roles. This includes members of the Afghan National Army, border police and Afghan Gendarmerie.
1,500 Afghan army troops are fighting.
3,500 US marines are also being deployed.
2,000 British soldiers will be taking part as well, as are forces from Denmark, Estonia and Canada.
The US is calling this assault a prototype for a new kind of military operation, in which the goal is to capture the area with a minimum amount of violence.
And for the first time Nato and Afghan officials have readied a large number of Afghan administrators as well as an Afghan governor to run Marjah as soon as the fighting ends.

Three US soldiers die as massive Afghan assault begins: NATO (Pak Jang)
Updated at: Saturday, February 13, 2010
KABUL: Three US soldiers died Saturday in an improvised bomb attack in southern Afghanistan, NATO said, as thousands of American troops led an assault on an insurgent stronghold in the region.
A brief statement from NATO's International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) did not make it clear if the deaths were during the assault on Marjah, in the south's Helmand province, or a reported suicide bomb attack in neighbouring Kandahar.
"Three ISAF service members from the United States died following an IED strike in southern Afghanistan today," it said, referring to improvised explosive devices, the Taliban's main weapon.
The deaths bring to 69 the total number of foreign soldiers to die in Afghanistan so far this year, according to a French news agency tally based on that kept by the icasualties.org website, following a record 520 for 2009.
The vast majority have been killed by IEDs, which are planted by roadsides, can be detonated from up to two kilometres (one mile) away and pack up to 2,000 pounds of explosives, experts have said.

Given all the wars the United States has waged, “It is preposterous but true that we do not see ourselves as a nation that seeks war,” writes Lawrence Velvel, dean of the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover. “We see ourselves as a peace loving nation” and that message is constantly drummed into the public by government and media.

Since World War Two, an indisputably necessary conflict, Velvel points out the U.S. has fought the Korean War, the Viet Nam War, secret wars in Laos and Cambodia, the First Gulf War, Afghanistan, and the Second Gulf War in Iraq. It has also invaded, bombed or “quarantined” Panama, Grenada, Cuba, Haiti, Somalia, the Sudan, Bosnia, Kosovo, Serbia and Libya, and has “declared” a global war on terrorists.

“If the United States were a man instead of a country, we would say he must be schizophrenic, or at minimum deeply mentally disturbed, to believe he is peace loving in the face of a record like this,” Velvel writes in “The Long Term View,” a journal of informed opinion published by his law school.

America is a mentally disturbed (or more likely sociopathic) nation.

Sounds about right to me.

Take a gander at the blog of this "Russian" who lives in NYC now. His name is Slava Mogutin, maybe you've heard of him. This is what happens to Russians who move to the west, especially to the degenerate US.

http://slavamogutin.blogspot.com

After glancing at a few photos of this "artist," I now understand what you mean when you write that the West is the DISEASE.

It truly is a disease! No doubt about it.

Mainstream this Sunday morning squawking away as usual. Comments range from it's all over, victory is ours, Helmand operations a total success to it's only the beginning, we must move slowly forward, caution is needed. The Taliban have reteated, the Taliban are holding out. The morning after headache of knowing who's telling the truth, who lying. Nothing that I could spot from the Taliban themselves. But this to add to the general casualties count: several Australians were also wounded in yesterday's drive for west freedom.

Greece, after harshly criticising EU tactics, is now off to Russia in search of some form of aid. When in trouble, turn to Putin? Is this the new way of the world?

Collapse of the euro is ‘inevitable’
Mail Online - February 13, 2010
The European single currency is facing an ‘inevitable break-up’ a leading French bank claimed yesterday.
Strategists at Paris-based Société Générale said that any bailout of the stricken Greek economy would only provide ’sticking plasters’ to cover the deep- seated flaws in the eurozone bloc.
The stark warning came as the euro slipped further on the currency markets and dire growth figures raised the prospect of a ‘double-dip’ recession in the embattled zone
Claims that the euro could be headed for total collapse are particularly striking when they come from one of the oldest and largest banks in France – a core founder-member.

Deepening slump - Some figures for Greece
Greece’s recession has been deeper than reported, with the fourth quarter of last year seeing another turn for the worse – raising more doubts over whether it can meet its targets of cutting public-sector deficits. Greek gross domestic product contracted by 0.8 per cent in the final three months of last year, by far the sharpest decline reported so far by a eurozone country.
That followed declines of 1 per cent, 0.3 per cent and 0.5 per cent in the first, second and third quarters of the year.
Previous estimates had shown falls of 0.5 per cent, 0.1 per cent and 0.4 per cent. The pace at which Greek GDP dropped last year could also cast doubt on the government’s prediction that GDP will fall by just 0.3 per cent in 2010.

THE DAY OF RECKONING IS HERE
The crisis over Portugal, Italy, Greece, and Spain – PIGS – continues to escalate. Because they have surrendered their monetary policy to the ECB, these nations are unable to inflate their way out of the fiscal crisis. This leaves the following options.
1. Default on some or all of their debts
2. Pay higher interest rates
3. Cut spending
4. Raise taxes
5. Withdraw from the EMU
6. Withdraw from the EU
7. Wait for a bailout by the ECB.
8. Choices 2-7
There is a legal question regarding withdrawal. These nations have surrendered their national sovereignty to the New Europe. How can they regain it? At what price?
If they leave, the EU will have to impose sanctions. Military invasion is out of the question. Want to fight Spain across the Pyrenees? How about fighting Greece in the hills? So, the sanctions would be economic. A major one would be to impose high tariffs on these nations. The borders would be closed.
So from all of the above, raising interest rates seems the most likely.
Rising interest rates will tank their economies. No matter! They'll kick the can. Pronounce stability and growth and getting their financial houses in order.
The welfare state is based on promises. It is facing bakruptcy. But voters believe in promises. Meanwhile politicians are accelerating the advent of the full-blown Police State.

Talking of police states, my theory is it's been sometime in the making. The lowest level of foundation was laid down with all the health scares. Remember, the cigarette scare (today they even claim third-hand smoke, whatever that is, can bring about cancer), salmonella, mad cow and foot and mouth, bird flu and its primped version, swine flu. Coming upon us now in droves are things like the cervical cancer vaccine, obesity as a physical or mental disease and the whole gamut of behaviour now qualified as psychiatric disorder to be treated accordingly. Not one of the above is anything but nonsense. Yet the powers that be got away with it each and every time. Cigarettes were their greatest success to date. Everyone's convinced smoking is a form of suicide. Swine Flu was their greatest defeat to date. Somehow the public woke up to the absurdity of it all. Controlling us through trumped up health threats or controlling us through the absolutely transparent al-Qaeda, 9/11, terrorism/terrorist fictions all follow the same pattern. Brainwash the public to an inch of their lives and then governments can strike.

Russia, China, Iran redraw energy map - I (14.2.10)
The inauguration of the Dauletabad-Sarakhs-Khangiran pipeline on Wednesday connecting Iran's northern Caspian region with Turkmenistan's vast gas field may go unnoticed amid the Western media cacophony that it is "apocalypse now" for the Islamic regime in Tehran.
The event sends strong messages for regional security. Within the space of three weeks, Turkmenistan has committed its entire gas exports to China, Russia and Iran. It has no urgent need of the pipelines that the United States and the European Union have been advancing. Are we hearing the faint notes of a Russia-China-Iran symphony?
The 182-kilometer Turkmen-Iranian pipeline starts modestly with the pumping of 8 billion cubic meters (bcm) of Turkmen gas. But its annual capacity is 20bcm, and that would meet the energy requirements of Iran's Caspian region and enable Tehran to free its own gas production in the southern fields for export. The mutual interest is perfect: Ashgabat gets an assured market next door; northern Iran can consume without fear of winter shortages; Tehran can generate more surplus for exports; Turkmenistan can seek transportation routes to the world market via Iran; and Iran can aspire to take advantage of its excellent geographical location as a hub for the Turkmen exports.
We are witnessing a new pattern of energy cooperation at the regional level that dispenses with Big Oil. Russia traditionally takes the lead. China and Iran follow the example. Russia, Iran and Turkmenistan hold respectively the world's largest, second-largest and fourth-largest gas reserves. And China will be consumer par excellence in this century. The matter is of profound consequence to the US global strategy.
The Turkmen-Iranian pipeline mocks the US's Iran policy. The US is threatening Iran with new sanctions and claims Tehran is "increasingly isolated". But Mahmud Ahmadinejad's presidential jet winds its way through a Central Asian tour and lands in Ashgabat for a red-carpet welcome by his Turkmen counterpart, Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov, and a new economic axis emerges. Washington's coercive diplomacy hasn't worked. Turkmenistan, with a gross domestic product of US$18.3 billion, defied the sole superpower (GDP of $14.2 trillion) - and, worse still, made it look routine.
There are subplots, too. Tehran claims to have a deal with Ankara to transport Turkmen gas to Turkey via the existing 2,577km pipeline connecting Tabriz in northwestern Iran with Ankara. Indeed, Turkish diplomacy has an independent foreign-policy orientation. Turkey also aspires to be a hub for Europe's energy supplies. Europe may be losing the battle for establishing direct access to the Caspian.
Second, Russia does not seem perturbed by China tapping into Central Asian energy. Europe's need for Russian energy imports has dropped and Central Asian energy-producing countries are tapping China's market. From the Russian point of view, China's imports should not deprive it of energy (for its domestic consumption or exports). Russia has established deep enough presence in the Central Asian and Caspian energy sector to ensure it faces no energy shortage.
What matters most to Russia is that its dominant role as Europe's No 1 energy provider is not eroded. So long as the Central Asian countries have no pressing need for new US-backed trans-Caspian pipelines, Russia is satisfied.

Russia, China, Iran redraw energy map - II
During his recent visit to Ashgabat, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev normalized Russian-Turkmen energy ties. The restoration of ties with Turkmenistan is a major breakthrough for both countries. One, a frozen relationship is being resumed substantially, whereby Turkmenistan will maintain an annual supply of 30bcm to Russia. Two, to quote Medvedev, "For the first time in the history of Russian-Turkmen relations, gas supplies will be carried out based on a price formula that is absolutely in line with European gas market conditions." Russian commentators say Gazprom will find it unprofitable to buy Turkmen gas and if Moscow has chosen to pay a high price, that is primarily because of its resolve not to leave gas that could be used in alternative pipelines, above all in the US-backed Nabucco project.
Third, contrary to Western propaganda, Ashgabat does not see the Chinese pipeline as a substitute for Gazprom. Russia's pricing policy ensures that Ashgabat views Gazprom as an irreplaceable customer. The export price of the Turkmen gas to be sold to China is still under negotiation and the agreed price simply cannot match the Russian offer.
Fourth, Russia and Turkmenistan reiterated their commitment to the Caspian Coastal Pipeline (which will run along the Caspian's east coast toward Russia) with a capacity of 30bcm. Evidently, Russia hopes to cluster additional Central Asian gas from Turkmenistan (and Kazakhstan).

Russia, China, Iran redraw energy map - III
Fifth, Moscow and Ashgabat agreed to build jointly an east-west pipeline connecting all Turkmen gas fields to a single network so that the pipelines leading toward Russia, Iran and China can draw from any of the fields.
Indeed, against the backdrop of the intensification of the US push toward Central Asia, Medvedev's visit to Ashgabat impacted on regional security. At the joint press conference with Medvedev, Berdymukhammedov said the views of Turkmenistan and Russia on the regional processes, particularly in Central Asia and the Caspian region, were generally the same. He underlined that the two countries were of the view that the security of one cannot be achieved at the expense of the other. Medvedev agreed that there was similarity or unanimity between the two countries on issues related to security and confirmed their readiness to work together.
The United States' pipeline diplomacy in the Caspian, which strove to bypass Russia, elbow out China and isolate Iran, has foundered. Russia is now planning to double its intake of Azerbaijani gas, which further cuts into the Western efforts to engage Baku as a supplier for Nabucco. In tandem with Russia, Iran is also emerging as a consumer of Azerbaijani gas. In December, Azerbaijan inked an agreement to deliver gas to Iran through the 1,400km Kazi-Magomed-Astara pipeline.
The "big picture" is that Russia's South Stream and North Stream, which will supply gas to northern and southern Europe, have gained irreversible momentum. The stumbling blocks for North Stream have been cleared as Denmark (in October), Finland and Sweden (in November) and Germany (in December) approved the project from the environmental angle. The pipeline's construction will commence in the spring.
The $12-billion pipeline built jointly by Gazprom, Germany's E.ON Ruhrgas and BASF-Wintershall, and the Dutch gas transportation firm Gasunie bypasses the Soviet-era transit routes via Ukraine, Poland and Belarus and runs from the northwestern Russian port of Vyborg to the German port of Greifswald along a 1,220km route under the Baltic Sea. The first leg of the project with a carrying capacity of 27.5bcm annually will be completed next year and the capacity will double by 2012. North Stream will profoundly affect the geopolitics of Eurasia, trans-Atlantic equations and Russia's ties with Europe.
To be sure, 2009 proved to be a momentous year for the "energy war". The Chinese pipeline inaugurated by President Hu Jintao on December 14; the oil terminal near the port city of Nakhodka in Russia's far east inaugurated by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin on December 27 (which will be served by the mammoth $22-billion oil pipeline from the new fields in eastern Siberia leading to China and the Asia-Pacific markets); and the Iranian pipeline inaugurated by Ahmadinejad on January 6 - the energy map of Eurasia and the Caspian has been virtually redrawn.
The year 2010 begins on a fascinating new note: will Russia, China and Iran coordinate future moves or at least harmonize their competing interests?

13 Americans killed in Marjah
Sunday, 14 February 2010 22:32 By Qari Yousuf Ahmadi
Share HELAND, Feb. 14 - A series of the Mujahideen's attacks and bombings killed 13 U.S. soldiers in Marjah, Nad Ali district of Helmand, on later Sunday.
According to the details, three consecutive blasts tore through a group of U.S soldiers who had been hiding for the past three days in a cover in Block Now area of Marjah as they left their hideout to join their troops in desert area, outskirt of Marjah.
Following the blasts, as the survivors began fleeing back to their hiding place the Americans were confronted with an ambush from some Mujahideen ending up killing 13 U.S soldiers as well as 7 wounded, the rest of the survivors managed to flee back to their hideout to take shelter from the Mujahideen's further attacks and bombings.
The report adds the corpses of the Americans are still lying at the site.
It is worth mentioning that the above soldiers are part of the joint troops having been dropped by the helicopters in Marjah three days ago, and have been surrounded by Mujahideen for the last three days, in fact they are running out ammunition and foodstuff as result of which the U.S soldiers have been calling over the loudspeaker to let them go.
Furthermore, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate have laid siege to the U.S soldiers and its allies closing off their all escape routes in Karu Char Rahi, Abdullah Qulf and other areas of Marjah.
Twenty Americans have been killed with their three tanks destroyed since Sunday morning in separate attacks and bombings, according to our report from Helmand province.

05:21 - While waiting for poiuytr to put in an appearance and set us straight, Chang's prediction about Singapore (ratio of debt to GDP = 99.2%) sounds quite convincing. But he did go on to say that "tsunami" would come once Greece had been finally engulfed in its debts.
For Greece, with on and off balance sheet liabilities at over 800%, it's game over. For the Eurozone, with the same ratio at about 500%, it is also game over. For the US, at 500%+, it is, you guessed it, game over, but since they have the main printers, it will simply take a little longer.
In a word, it's safe no place at all.
